Asia is known for its abundance of semi precious stones.

In 2018 miners uncovered a gigantic jade stone worth $170 million. in Kachin State, Myanmar. The stone weighing was 175 tonnes.

Jade is extremely hard and near impossible to carve. Instead, you must abrade it. This involves wearing away the stone with an abrasive substance — normally sand and water — or various drilling tools

Gem Elixirs and Vibrational Healing Volume I is a book that gives much details on stones and the information was channeled through Kevin Ryerson.

I was first introduced to the power of stones in a course at Aletheia Institue entitled Lythotherapy. Jack Schwarz talked about many of the stones and explained many of the elements in particular stones that have to do with quality that resinate in the body giving validation to discussions in the book.

Some animals such as crocodiles and tapirs as well as birds swallow stones that are held inside the gastrointestinal tract called the gizzard. These muscle walls are used for grinding up of food aided by the stones. Canealos Quichu, indigenous people of Ecuador, say the stones found in the tapir have magical properties

While living in Asia I have come across a number of people that have had mystical experiences involved with stones. In Bali a student of Priesthood had stones drop what seemed like from nowhere next to him, while meditating.

In Thailand a Lanna told me one day a women that he had known that was for 5 years whom had been paralyzed previously and became a monk later had a dream that she should bring my friend a stone she had. My friend later had para-normal experiences involved with the stone.

Many of the handles on the Asia Kris knives are decorated with semi and precious stones and meteorite is used in the making of the blades.

In Bali, an old man that had a ruby that he would make purple colored water with, and which then offered healing properties.. He could plow his fields after drinking the elixir he reported.

In Lombok Island I heard of youths that carried stones as a form of magical protection that they reported protected them from physical harm.

Many local people in Bali believe in the quality of stones and often have small collections.

A meteorite is a fragment of rock or iron from outer space, usually a meteoroid or asteroid, which survives passage through the atmosphere as a meteor to impact the surface of the Earth. Meteorites are believed to originate in the asteroid belt between the planets of Mars and Jupiter.
